IT Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Health & Wellness operations, the full-time remote IT Systems Analyst will manage application support, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of software applications
• Analyze requirements and troubleshoot application issues to improve efficiency and user experience
• Utilize tools like Jira for tracking work and managing incidents, changes, and service requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications, including troubleshooting and system enhancements
• Proficiency in SQL queries, data analysis, and research for troubleshooting and reporting
• Experience with data integration processes, file mapping, and interface support
• Familiarity with ticketing and project management tools such as Jira
