Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Analyst Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Creates detailed documentation and diagrams for system design and implementation
• Facilitates design review sessions and evaluates new products and vendors
• Conducts impact analysis and prepares project plans for system enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum six years of related work experience in IT systems design and support
• Experience with ADO and AI for process automation is preferred
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools and methodologies for requirements gathering
• Ability to lead requirements reviews and manage project progress effectively
