Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements management for large client implementations and strategic projects
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to ensure understanding of software requirements
• Produce project requirements documentation and mentor team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in computer science preferred
• Six years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
• Experience in multi-line claims management processes and system requirements preferred
• Strong knowledge of third party administration/claims management business and technology
• MS SQL experience is preferred
