A company is looking for an IT Systems Application Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor assigned platforms for performance and operational excellence
• Create complex SQL queries and understand SQL scripts to enhance the platform and support customers
• Provide high-level design for data and message flows and write detailed technical requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years in the payment industry in a relevant role
• Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
• Strong research, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Customer service orientation with the ability to effectively interact with users of all levels
• Support after-hours coverage/escalation
