IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Engineer I.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer core IT systems including Okta, Genesys Cloud, Jamf, and Microsoft Intune
• Assist in onboarding and integrating new SaaS applications into the IT ecosystem
• Partner with IT leadership to identify and implement automation opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in an organization with 1000+ employees
• Basic knowledge of automation concepts
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools or willingness to learn
• Strong understanding of IT fundamentals including networking and security
• Experience coordinating equipment procurement and working with international vendors is a plus
