Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Engineer (Tier 3).

Key Responsibilities

Support Microsoft Outlook and assist with Hybrid Exchange environment tasks
Diagnose and resolve client-side issues while optimizing configurations
Collaborate with Exchange administrators to troubleshoot email flow

Required Qualifications

Background supporting Microsoft Outlook
Bachelor's degree in IT technology or an Associate degree with 3 years of technical experience
High school diploma with 5 years of IT technical experience may be considered
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and workplace automation is a plus
Experience in enterprise M365 environments is essential
