IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT/Systems Engineer to maintain secure and efficient infrastructure for a remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Identity Provider (Okta) and manage Google Workspace operations
• Provide IT support for team members, including onboarding and offboarding processes
• Track and manage SaaS tool renewals and maintain documentation for IT processes

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience managing Okta and administering Google Workspace
• Experience with common IT and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, GitHub, Atlassian)
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems and understanding of Terraform
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and renewal cycles
• Proactive mindset with excellent organizational skills
