IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Engineer to build, manage, and automate IT infrastructure and endpoint ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate complex systems into Identity Management and manage Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Services
• Own and manage an MDM for device management and implement GitOps workflows
• Automate IT business processes and maintain visibility dashboards for device posture and compliance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an IT Systems Engineer with expertise in MDM solutions and endpoint management
• Proficient in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or similar languages
• Experience managing SaaS products and configuring SSO solutions such as Okta
• Strong knowledge of macOS, Windows, and enterprise support
• Experience managing Microsoft 365/Office 365 and associated services
