Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Engineer/Admin.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage virtual machines using VMware technologies
Oversee Windows-based systems, including installation and maintenance of Windows Server operating systems
Utilize ServiceNow for IT Service Management, ensuring compliance with ITIL processes

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in VMware administration (vSphere, ESXi)
Strong Windows Server administration skills
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell preferred)
Preferred Certifications: VMware Certified Professional (VCP) and Microsoft Certified: Windows Server or Azure Administrator
