IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Engineer II to resolve complex technical issues and support key business technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to escalated service requests and incidents in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to various technologies, including networking and operating systems
• Train and educate clients on technical standards and identify recurring issues for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant technical experience or 2 years as a Systems Analyst I at the company
• Experience managing Windows Server, Microsoft/Office 365, Active Directory, and networking technologies
• 3+ years of experience with virtualization technologies like Hyper-V and VMWare
• CCNA, VMware, or Microsoft 365/Azure certifications are highly desired
• Strong knowledge of current IT concepts, issues, practices, and trends
