IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join their global IT team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 IT tickets while providing high-quality remote IT assistance
• Design and implement scalable IT solutions, oversee corporate IT infrastructure, and support core business applications
• Develop and maintain internal documentation and knowledge base content to support effective IT operations

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or vocational training in IT, or equivalent professional experience
• Extensive experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and Jira JSM
• Proficient with Windows and macOS environments
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and hands-on experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting
• Preferred certifications include Jira (JSM), CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, Intune, or JAMF
