IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for hardware, software, networking, and access issues
• Configure and manage SSO, MDM, and identity platforms, and administer Google Workspace and Microsoft Office/365
• Write and maintain automation scripts in Python and Bash to streamline IT tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Professional Certificate, or AWS Cloud Practitioner are valued
• 0-2 years of professional IT support experience
• Demonstrable Python and Bash scripting ability
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows and command line usage on Linux and MacOS
