IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join their IT & Security team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS endpoints across a global remote-first organization
• Manage and maintain endpoint security solutions, ensuring compliance and protection
• Lead and manage IT & Security projects, overseeing timelines and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in supporting and managing various operating systems in business environments
• Strong knowledge of SaaS solutions and hands-on experience in application management
• Technical proficiency with tools such as Okta, Google Workspace, and VMware Carbon Black EDR
• Understanding of modern authentication methods and basic knowledge of information security compliance
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language, preferably PowerShell or Bash
