IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate on IT disaster recovery initiatives to improve internal services for stakeholders
• Create dashboards and reports using tools such as PowerBI, Splunk, and Monday.com to monitor and enhance IT processes
• Document and track enhancements in Business Continuity modules within ServiceNow and other project management tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related role
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework; Certified Scrum Master preferred
• Knowledge of SRE/DevOps practices for automating workflows and streamlining operations
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as scripting, Power Automate, and AI tools
