IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Engineer, Firm Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support local firm IT operations including service desk, endpoint management, and incident response
• Assist with IT integration playbooks and assess acquired firm infrastructure for technology alignment
• Lead the configuration and optimization of Microsoft 365, Azure services, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 5-8+ years of experience in global enterprise IT environments with a focus on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure
• Experience supporting CPA/professional services applications and operations
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining reliable, scalable cloud systems
• Microsoft certifications and ITIL certification preferred
