IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure stable and efficient operation of technology solutions, the full-time Associate IT Systems Engineer will monitor, install, configure, debug, and maintain systems while providing technical support and performing scripting/programming in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot OpenShift clusters and containerized applications
• Manage and optimize Linux systems across development and production environments
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and playbooks using tools like Ansible or Terraform

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience in technology design, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Extensive working knowledge of multiple technologies and their integration
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience implementing and managing large-scale technical solutions
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
