IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance a cloud-based SaaS environment, the remote IT Systems Engineer will manage security tools, oversee Microsoft 365 administration, and drive automation while ensuring reliable access and security for employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance key security platforms, proactively monitoring alerts and system health
• Manage Microsoft 365 tenant, including user lifecycle management and compliance configurations
• Oversee IT helpdesk operations, resolving complex technical issues and driving root-cause fixes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems, security, or cloud operations
• Hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience managing an IT ticketing system
• Experience with security platforms such as Arctic Wolf, Zscaler, Okta, and/or Mimecast is a plus
• Self-directed and proactive approach to IT operations
