Job Summary
To provide high-touch support for executives, the contract Senior Helpdesk / IT Systems Engineer will work remotely while being available for occasional in-office support in Austin, ensuring seamless operation across devices, AV systems, and collaboration tools.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and support core SaaS tools like Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, and Zoom, including user provisioning and access management
- Deliver in-person technical support at the Austin office, resolving hardware and software issues with professionalism
- Manage onboarding and offboarding tasks, ensuring reliable and secure systems for executive-level support
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in IT systems support with Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Strong experience in Windows environments
- Hands-on experience supporting AV equipment and Zoom Room configurations
- Familiarity with Jamf or other Apple device management tools
- Clear understanding of IT operations within security-conscious environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST)
