IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the IT Systems Engineer will manage and optimize core software as a service platforms, build custom automations, and enhance Help Desk operations to support a growing technology infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support core SaaS platforms, including Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Intune
• Build and maintain internal systems, automations, and dashboards to improve operational performance and visibility
• Drive Help Desk delivery by resolving issues quickly and creating scalable, automation-powered solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology Systems Engineering or advanced Help Desk escalation
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and proficiency in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell
• Experience building integrations using REST APIs across business systems
• Deep knowledge of Google Workspace Enterprise administration and mobile device management platforms
• Familiarity with regulated environments, including HIPAA compliance and continuous compliance monitoring tools
