IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time IT Systems Engineer will engineer desktop operating system architecture, manage Intune and MECM components, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance enterprise IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Engineer, design, implement, maintain, and retire desktop operating system architecture
• Operate Intune and MECM services, including software deployment and compliance management
• Provide engineering services for desktop Privilege Management and maintain endpoint security systems

Required qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience with desktop operating systems and infrastructure technologies
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of Intune, MECM (SCCM), and Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Win10/11)
• Experience with client VPN solutions such as Pulse and Cisco Secure/Any Connect
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and familiarity with security tools like Windows Defender
