IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise infrastructure solutions, the full-time IT Systems Engineer will design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based systems while collaborating with IT teams to ensure optimal performance and security.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise systems and infrastructure services
• Design and support Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based environments
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and resolve escalated Service Desk tickets

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Help Desk, Systems Administration, or related infrastructure support role
• Experience supporting Windows-based enterprise systems and infrastructure
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory administration
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
• Familiarity with system monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting
