IT Systems Engineer II

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing automation and applied AI, the full-time remote IT Systems Engineer II will build and maintain automated workflows, support system integrations, and operationalize AI tools to improve internal processes at the company.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated workflows that reduce manual IT and operational work
• Support integrations between core systems to improve data flow and reliability
• Help operationalize AI tools by connecting them to real workflows and identify opportunities for automation

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in IT systems, automation, or a related technical role
• Experience building or maintaining automations and integrations across SaaS tools
• Familiarity with automation platforms or scripting-based workflows
• Working knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
• Understanding of APIs and basic authentication methods (OAuth, SAML)
