IT Systems Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, IT Systems Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution across enterprise IT systems, translating strategic initiatives into actionable roadmaps
• Manage and develop a team of IT engineers through performance conversations and career planning
• Drive SaaS governance and systems standardization, reducing shadow IT risk through lifecycle processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT engineering, systems administration, or infrastructure roles
• 3+ years of experience managing technical teams, including performance management
• Hands-on experience with Okta, MDM platforms, and SaaS governance tools
• Demonstrated experience with Google Workspace administration and identity integration patterns
• Experience implementing IT controls in audit-driven environments, including SOC 2 compliance
