IT Systems Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading a high-performing technical team, the full-time Manager, IT Systems Engineering will oversee secure and scalable technology operations, including enterprise networking, cloud services, and project management, while working remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance
- Manage and improve core IT enterprise solutions, including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, while implementing automation solutions
- Serve as Technical Lead for infrastructure and technology initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and project deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Seven or more years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and service delivery, with at least three years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise networks and Microsoft cloud services
- Experience in implementing AI-enabled automation and workflows
- Preferred certifications include ITIL, PMP, Microsoft, Cisco/Meraki, or CompTIA Security+
