Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the IT Systems Management Analyst will implement and administer complex business systems and applications, focusing on Epic environments such as Care Everywhere and MyChart, while managing multiple projects and serving as a key technical contact for vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, modify, test, and administer complex business systems and applications, specializing in Epic environments
• Conduct thorough analysis of business and user needs to deliver appropriate technical systems solutions from concept to completion
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues, handling both user-reported and vendor-reported incidents

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
