IT Systems Management Analyst

Job Summary

To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the contract IT Systems Management Analyst will implement and administer complex business systems, troubleshoot issues, and manage service incidents while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Implements, modifies, tests, and administers complex business systems and applications
• Serves as a subject matter expert for Epic technical configuration and integrations, managing service incidents and requests
• Conducts analysis of business and user needs, leading meetings and directing team problem-solving sessions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience with Epic applications and technical configurations
• Ability to manage medium and large projects
• Strong troubleshooting skills for user and vendor-reported issues
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
