IT Systems Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Manager to oversee and optimize digital tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and daily use of digital tools, including Microsoft 365 and Jamf
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure software and hardware security
• Coordinate digital initiatives to improve user productivity and enhance organizational efficiency

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 tools and Apple/PC hardware management
• Experience with Jamf or similar device management software
• Knowledge of IT security best practices
• Preferred additional certifications in various software
