Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT operations support, ensuring system uptime and reliability for partner firms
• Lead M&A integration efforts, aligning technology and managing cross-functional projects
• Oversee configuration and governance of enterprise services, ensuring a seamless end-user experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 5-8+ years managing enterprise IT environments, especially with Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Experience with CPA/professional services applications and M&A technology integration
• Proven ability to build and maintain scalable cloud systems
• Preferred Microsoft certifications and ITIL certification/experience
