Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems and Applications Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee application systems analysis and programming activities supporting SABER
• Develop and implement IT policy, compliance, and security documentation
• Design, install, and modify information systems while evaluating vendors for hardware and software

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT and/or design, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of progressive experience designing web-based applications
• Ability to quickly understand complex systems
• Experience in guiding teams toward goals and making decisions
• Strong documentation and design skills for complex workflows
