IT Systems Manager

Job Summary

To support a fast-growing fintech company, the full-time IT Systems & SaaS Manager will manage the deployment and optimization of workplace technology, including SaaS platforms and identity systems, in a fully remote environment across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize a suite of workplace SaaS applications, ensuring application health and user access
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding workflows to maintain accurate user access provisioning across platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee technology experience and troubleshoot identity-related issues

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in workplace technology, SaaS engineering, or enterprise IT administration
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Zoom, Azure, or similar enterprise SaaS tools
• Solid understanding of identity protocols including SAML, SCIM, and OAuth
• Strong scripting or workflow automation skills in PowerShell, Python, or equivalent
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
