IT Systems Manager

Job Summary

Leading IT systems management in a fully remote capacity, the contract IT Systems Manager will oversee internal tools, data architecture, and AI tooling while ensuring operational efficiency and security compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer core SaaS systems and manage vendor relationships, ensuring effective tool usage and procurement
• Design and maintain data architecture and integrations, building reliable data flows between systems
• Support AI tooling initiatives and manage security compliance processes, enhancing the organization's operational capabilities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations, business systems, data engineering, or systems engineering
• Hands-on experience with modern SaaS environments and strong Jira administration skills
• Proficient in designing data models, integrations, and pipelines with fluent-level SQL skills
• Practical experience with AI tools and familiarity with security compliance programs like SOC 2
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
