Job Summary

Leading a technically strong team, the full-time salaried IT Systems Operations Team Lead will transform operations from reactive processes to a modern, efficient function while managing daily workloads and driving automation and process improvements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of IT Associates and Specialists through regular feedback and structured growth planning
• Establishing team priorities and translating leadership direction into actionable work plans while managing day-to-day workloads across various tasks
• Monitoring and improving SLA performance and conducting audits to modernize and streamline operations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or enterprise application support
• 2+ years of people management experience leading technical teams
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Proven track record of driving process improvement and operational efficiency in a technical environment
• Experience managing workloads and projects using Smartsheet or similar resource management tools
