IT Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Specialist to support warehouse labor and third-party logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to warehouse operations and troubleshoot issues with various hardware and network-connected equipment
• Manage inventory and maintenance of technology equipment, coordinating deployment across multiple locations
• Develop and maintain internal databases, ensuring data quality and system reliability while creating reports for operational metrics

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or database management (warehouse/3PL experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Windows systems, networking basics, and hardware troubleshooting
• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Ability to write scripts or code for automation and system enhancements
• Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Crystal Reports, Excel/Pivot, etc.)
