IT Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Specialist to support warehouse operations and technology management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with hardware and network-connected equipment
• Manage inventory and perform maintenance on laptops, scanners, and other technology
• Develop and maintain internal databases for workforce management and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or database management
• Strong knowledge of Windows systems and hardware troubleshooting
• Experience with SQL databases and reporting tools
• Ability to write scripts or code for automation and system enhancements
• Familiarity with warehouse technology such as RF scanners and time clocks
