Job Summary
To support the ongoing operational needs of a core enterprise host solution, the full-time IT Systems Support Analyst will identify business requirements, manage incident and change requests, and provide technical support to users while ensuring compliance with IT governance policies.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage incident and change requests, responding to both business and technical tickets
- Analyze redundant incidents, develop plans to address issues, and communicate solutions to internal parties
- Document system specifications and support compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's or associate's degree with a minimum of seven years in IT support, or seven years of relevant experience without a degree
- Working knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery
- Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and knowledge of Cognizant/TriZetto Facets is a plus
- Experience with MS SQL Server permissions and access levels is advantageous
- Strong understanding of computers, networks, and security systems
