Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Systems & Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide service desk support, managing incidents across hardware, software, and SaaS platforms
- Execute onboarding and offboarding workflows for staff, ensuring a seamless technology experience
- Administer and manage SaaS applications, maintaining software licenses and asset inventories
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in IT support or systems administration, preferably in a Mac-heavy environment
- Strong knowledge of MacOS and experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., Zendesk) and remote support tools
- Understanding of identity & access management principles and basic cybersecurity practices
- Experience in creating documentation and training materials for end-user learning
