Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems & Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide service desk support, managing incidents across hardware, software, and SaaS platforms
  • Execute onboarding and offboarding workflows for staff, ensuring a seamless technology experience
  • Administer and manage SaaS applications, maintaining software licenses and asset inventories
Required Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in IT support or systems administration, preferably in a Mac-heavy environment
  • Strong knowledge of MacOS and experience with Microsoft 365 administration
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., Zendesk) and remote support tools
  • Understanding of identity & access management principles and basic cybersecurity practices
  • Experience in creating documentation and training materials for end-user learning
