IT Systems Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise-wide engineering systems, the full-time IT Engineering Systems Support Specialist will design, package, deploy, and maintain Windows-based engineering applications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Designing, packaging, and deploying Windows-based engineering applications using Cloudpaging and enterprise deployment platforms
• Administering and maintaining core systems that support engineering applications, including licensing management and collaboration systems
• Troubleshooting complex application and deployment issues and automating tasks using PowerShell or other scripting languages

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 6+ years of experience in designing, packaging, and deploying software for Windows operating systems in a mid- to large-scale environment
• Experience administering application infrastructure, including licensing servers and application delivery platforms
• Strong understanding of PowerShell or other scripting languages
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
