Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Partner/Contract (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the hiring process by sourcing, selecting, and recruiting candidates for IT positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements and execute recruitment strategies
  • Oversee talent acquisition administrative tasks and special projects, ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance with standards


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting and selection or sourcing and pipelining
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in HR, Recruitment, or a related field
  • Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques and methodologies
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and automated applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks
