Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Partner/Contract (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the hiring process by sourcing, selecting, and recruiting candidates for IT positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements and execute recruitment strategies
- Oversee talent acquisition administrative tasks and special projects, ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance with standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting and selection or sourcing and pipelining
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in HR, Recruitment, or a related field
- Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques and methodologies
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and automated applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks
