Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Advisor (IT) to attract high-quality talent for healthcare innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Build candidate pipelines using various sourcing channels and attend recruitment events
  • Consult with management to recommend qualified applicants and lead recruitment projects
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of recruiting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • IT recruiting experience strongly preferred
