IT Talent Advisor

Job Summary

Managing the talent acquisition selection process for new staff, the remote IT Talent Advisor will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, develop recruitment strategies, and provide counsel to hiring managers while working on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process, collaborating with internal teams and hiring managers
• Develop recruitment strategies and methodologies, including job posting optimization and recruitment campaign planning
• Identify and source talent for current and future roles, while providing recruitment guidance and market intelligence to leadership

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience
• 5+ years of IT recruiting experience
• Global experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with a Master's or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with current recruitment laws and regulations
