IT Team Lead

Job Summary

To support a Geographic Information System (GIS) team, the full-time IT Team Lead will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of modernization IT projects, facilitate collaboration with federal stakeholders, and mentor cross-functional team members, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of modernization IT projects from planning to deployment
• Facilitating weekly meetings with senior Federal staff to align on project progress
• Developing and managing strong relationships with federal stakeholders to ensure project success

Required qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
• 5+ years of related experience managing IT/technology projects
• Experience managing technical and strategy teams in data science, analytics, and management
• Proficiency in various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
