Job Summary

Leading a team of 5-7 IT professionals, the full-time salaried IT Team Lead, Outcome Owner will manage day-to-day operations, oversee product backlog management, and drive delivery execution in alignment with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the outcome team, setting clear sprint goals and fostering a culture of collaboration
• Manage the product backlog by writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring readiness for each sprint
• Drive delivery execution by tracking metrics and ensuring the team meets commitments while adhering to quality standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Accounting, MIS, or a related field
• 3-5 years of management experience in business analysis, development, or consulting for enterprise-level solutions
• Experience with Oracle ERP or equivalent ERP applications
• Demonstrated experience in backlog management and Agile practices
• Emerging people leadership skills with a willingness to grow into formal management responsibilities
