IT Team Lead, Financial Operations

Job Summary

Leading a pod of 5-7 IT professionals, the full-time IT Team Lead, Financial Operations will manage day-to-day team execution, oversee product backlog management, and drive delivery of financial applications while fostering a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the outcome team, setting sprint goals and providing feedback to enhance collaboration and performance
• Manage the product backlog by writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring readiness for each sprint cycle
• Drive delivery execution by tracking metrics, ensuring quality work, and communicating progress and risks to leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Accounting, MIS, or a related field
• 3-5 years of management experience in business analysis, development, or consulting for enterprise-level solutions
• Experience with Oracle ERP or equivalent ERP applications
• Demonstrated experience in backlog management within an Agile environment
• Emerging leadership skills with a willingness to mentor and coach team members
