Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Team Lead in Pittsburgh, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the IT Service Desk operations and team
Oversee IT infrastructure maintenance and projects
Coordinate IT audits, procurement, and employee onboarding/offboarding

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree, Bachelor's preferred
5+ years experience in IT support, with 3+ years in a team lead role
Experience in Google Workspace, Windows, Mac environments, and enterprise tools
Ability to manage IT projects and budgets, familiarity with PCI compliance
ITIL certification is a plus
