Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Team Leader to support a large state government customer in Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight of personnel and software delivery efforts throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Oversee all aspects of the team's IT Services delivery, including Routine Maintenance and Release Management
  • Participate in recruitment, manage staff onboarding/offboarding, and mentor team members
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 15+ years of experience
  • 10+ years of IT experience with knowledge in the development and maintenance of custom Business applications
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience leading technical staff
  • Prior experience developing or leading enterprise web applications
  • Familiarity with RDBMS - DB2, Oracle, Postgres, or SQL Server
