IT Technical Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the development and testing of reports, the contract IT Technical Analyst will work remotely to assist with ADMS/OMS configuration, manage documentation and tracking, and support system integration efforts within the utility industry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead report creation from requirements through testing and documentation while supporting the Project Manager
• Assist with the configuration of ADMS/OMS systems to ensure operational efficiency and seamless workflows
• Conduct testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and End to End Performance Testing, while managing deployment and hypercare activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; additional experience may substitute for a degree
• 8+ years of business and/or IT analysis experience in technology projects within the utility industry
• Extensive experience in utility data management and developing actionable solutions
• Proficient in executing testing scripts and troubleshooting defects during various testing phases
• Strong knowledge of project and system integration methodologies
