IT Technical Analyst

Job Summary

To support the OMS System Integration project, the remote IT Technical Analyst will collaborate with project teams to document and validate requirements, configure OMS products, create test cases, and assist with various testing phases, while being open to travel as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead report creation from requirements through development and testing efforts
• Assist with the configuration of ADMS/OMS systems to ensure operational efficiency
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), End to End testing, and Hypercare processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of business and/or IT analysis experience in the utility industry
• Extensive experience with utility data management and data quality issues
• Proficient in executing System Integration Testing (SIT) and End to End scripts
• Strong knowledge of technical project and system integration methodologies
