IT Technical Lead

Job Summary

Providing technical leadership for a federal portfolio, the full-time IT Technical Lead will manage web, data, and integration solutions built on Microsoft and cloud technologies in a hybrid work environment based in Atlanta, GA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation approaches using Git-based repositories and CI/CD pipelines to automate application and infrastructure changes
• Collaborate with program leadership to evaluate solution options and communicate technical direction to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, accessibility, and operational expectations for federal programs

Required qualifications

• US Citizenship required
• 10+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or systems engineering, with experience leading technical design and implementation
• 5+ years leading technical teams in federal or similarly regulated environments
• Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD tooling for software delivery
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field
