IT Technical Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Technical Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of internal IT infrastructure and support employee systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support to internal users for hardware, software, and systems
• Manage onboarding/offboarding of employees, including laptops and access provisioning
• Maintain and troubleshoot issues related to various operating systems and productivity tools

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related field
• Proficiency with macOS and Windows administration; familiarity with Linux is a plus
• Experience with device management tools (e.g., JAMF, Kandji, Intune, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and security best practices
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management tools (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace Admin)
