Job Summary
To support ongoing operational needs, the full-time IT Technical Systems Support Analyst will manage incident resolution, maintain compliance with IT governance standards, and serve as a liaison for technical requests while ensuring the efficiency of the technical host system.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee incident, request, and change management for business and technical tickets
- Identify areas for process improvements and ensure compliance with best practices and standards
- Document system specifications and contribute to project completion within allocated timeframes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or associate's degree, or a minimum of seven years in an IT support position
- Working knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery practices
- Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and MS SQL Server permissions
- Experience with Cognizant/TriZetto Facets and FedRamp policies is a plus
- Strong understanding of computers, networks, and security systems
